Exobox Hires New Chief Executive Officer Richard J. Kampa

Today Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTCBB:EXBX) (the 'Company') announced it has hired Richard J. Kampa as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kampa is an accomplished executive with over 30 years experience and demonstrated ability to reorganize and reenergize companies. He was an officer of a $4 billion revenue NYSE company with a market cap of $10 billion. Mr. Kampa has a proven track record on Wall Street of accessing over $100 million in debt and equity financing. Mr. Kampa stated, 'I am very excited about the current products and our other proprietary technology. Based on my recent discussions with prominent Wall Street investment banking firms, I am highly confident that my existing Wall Street relationships will lead to the funding Exobox needs to implement our business plan.'
