NetLogic Microsystems Reports Inducement Grants Under NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 5635

 

November 06, 2009 -- MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., BUSINESS WIRE --

NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ:NETL), a worldwide leader in high-performance intelligent semiconductor solutions for next-generation Internet networks, today announced that on November 5, 2009 the compensation committee of the company's board of directors approved the grants to a total of 18 new employees of the company of restricted stock units representing the right to acquire up to 58,886 shares of common stock. The restricted stock units were granted as inducements material to employment under the company's 2008 New Employee Inducement Incentive Plan in accordance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 5635(c)(4).
